Process and Costs
The bureaucracy and and language are often a major hurdle for foreigners with an interest to establish a company in Slovakia. That's why we offer a one stop shop for incorporation. The process for incorporation is as follows and takes normally three to four weeks:
- Consultation and signed order
- Signing of the Memorandum of Association at a Public Notary.
- Registration of the company at the chamber of commerce and tax office
Company Formation
This package includes all necessary steps and costs for the incorporation of a Slovak Limited company (s.r.o.). This includes official translation of your penalty record, the drafting of the standard Memorandum of Association (in English and Slovak) and of all other needed documents, registration at all official bodies, and the opening of a business bank account with a Slovak bank.
